1) About neurjin

neurjin provides IELTS-style practice experiences. neurjin is not affiliated with IELTS, Cambridge, or any official test provider.

This Service is currently offered as an invite-only friends beta. It is provided free of charge. Features may change without notice and the Service may be discontinued at any time. During beta, we may reset or delete data for testing and reliability.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this neurjin instance (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the Service and contact the administrator of this neurjin instance.

The Service may be invite-only or otherwise restricted. The administrator may revoke access for security, compliance, or abuse prevention.

Minimum age: The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above. If you are under 14, do not use the Service.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or upload content you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, paywalls, or other technical restrictions;
• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service (including automated scraping or high-volume requests);

4) User content

You may submit content to the Service (for example, answers, feedback, or notes). You retain any rights you have in your content. You grant the operator of this neurjin instance a non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the Service to you.

5) AI-assisted features

Some features may use third-party AI providers to generate explanations or suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not submit sensitive personal information. You are responsible for how you use any output.

6) Practice results and educational use

Practice scores and explanations are for learning purposes only and do not guarantee real exam outcomes.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, or violations of these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

2）账号与访问

练习成绩与解析仅用于学习参考，不构成任何考试成绩保证。

如发生滥用、安全风险或违反本条款的情形，我们可暂停或终止你对服务的访问；我们亦可随时调整或停止部分服务能力。

8）免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用性”提供，不作任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性以及不侵权保证。

9）责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因你使用服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任，包括利润、数据或商誉损失。

10）条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。若变更构成重大更新，我们可能要求你在继续使用服务前重新确认同意更新后的条款。
